It offers warehousing of your items from different stores and the convenience of combining them in one box to significantly reduce shipping costs compared to shipping individual orders.

How it works:
Shop
Purchase from Korean websites on your own using your assigned Agent Noona warehouse address, or have us assist you through our Buy-For-Me service.
Warehousing
Once your orders arrive at our warehouse in Korea, we register them to your account, take basic arrival photos, get the dimension and weight, check the quantity, tracking number and store them securely.
Consolidation
When you’re ready to ship, submit a forwarding request and choose which packages you want us to combine into one shipment.
Invoicing
Our team consolidates and repacks your selected packages. Your shipping invoice will be issued within 3-4 business days after processing, based on the final packed weight, dimensions, and selected services.
Payment
Review your invoice and complete payment using one of our available payment methods.
Shipping
Once payment is confirmed, we dispatch your shipment from Korea using Fedex shipping carrier and provide real-time tracking details.

Package arrival
Photos
We provide up to 4 basic photos of your package upon its arrival at our warehouse. This service offers peace of mind, allowing you to visually confirm the condition of your items as they arrive in Korea.
Note: Mail and envelopes will remain unopened. Opening and photographing the contents must be requested separately through our Extra Photo Service.
Quantity Check
We check the quantity of each item that arrives in our warehouse, such as albums or other merchandise, to ensure everything matches your order. We do this for all items, except those sealed in pouches, envelopes, or small wraps.

Pre-shipping Photos
Before your package is shipped to you, we provide photos showing the actual
weight, dimensions (in cm), and the commercial invoice (for customs). This transparency helps
you avoid unexpected shipping costs and ensures the accuracy of your shipping details. You can plan ahead and be fully prepared for the next steps.
Repackaging
To maximize space and save on shipping costs, we do not include the original packaging boxes when consolidating your items. This allows us to optimize the size of your package and reduce the weight, ultimately lowering your shipping fees. You’ll still receive your items safely packed and protected for delivery, but with more efficient use of space.

Consolidation
Our consolidation service combines all your purchases into one securely wrapped box. Instead of paying for multiple international shipments from different stores, you can consolidate everything into a single package. This significantly reduces your overall shipping costs and simplifies your shopping experience. We take care of everything, ensuring all your items are safely packed together.
Box Dimension and Weight
To help you better plan your shipment, we measure the dimensions of your consolidated box and weigh it accurately. By knowing the size and weight in advance, you can calculate the shipping cost and choose the most suitable shipping option. This service allows you to be proactive about your delivery costs and avoid surprises.

Photo of Local Shipping Label (domestic)
We also provide you with a photo of the local shipping label from the store. This serves as a helpful reference for tracking and verifies the store’s details on your package. It’s particularly useful if there’s any need to clarify information.
SPLIT SERVICE
Our split service allows you to separate the contents of your consolidated package(s) and ship items individually or in any preferred order. This way, you don't have to ship everything at once.
How to request:
On the ship-out request form, select "Split Service" and leave a note with the package ID(s) and the specific contents you’d like to separate.

Here's how it works:
Example 1:

Package A: 9 albums and 1 signed album (weighs 4.6 kg)

Package B: 5 plush dolls (weighs 3.6 kg)
If you want to take 1 signed album from Package A and 2 plushies from Package B, the service fee is 2,000 KRW per package. In this case, the total service fee would be 4,000 KRW.
Example 2:

Package A: 9 albums and 1 signed album (weighs 4.6 kg)

Package B: 5 plush dolls (weighs 3.6 kg)
If you want to ship just 1 signed album from Package A and 2 plushies from Package B, and leave the rest of the contents for later shipping, the service fee would also be 4,000 KRW without extra fees for storage.
VACUUM SERVICE
Our vacuum service helps reduce the size of your packages by removing excess air, ensuring more efficient shipping and reducing potential shipping costs.
How to request: Simply request this service when placing your ship-out order!

RETURN SERVICE
Our return service makes it easy for you to return packages to the merchant. For eligible returns with a valid reason, we will assist with the entire return process.
A return handling fee of ₩10,000 per box applies, excluding any merchant fees and domestic delivery charges.
This rate applies to BFM service users and includes our team contacting the merchant on your behalf, arranging the return/pickup, and preparing the package for collection.

PER PACKAGE
RETURN POLICY:
For non-BFM orders (items purchased directly by the member), the member is responsible for contacting the merchant and arranging the return/pickup themselves. Since our team will only need to prepare the package for the scheduled pickup, the handling fee is ₩5,000 per box.
Once the return pickup has been successfully arranged and confirmed by the merchant, please notify our support team and provide the necessary pickup details so our warehouse can locate and prepare the package accordingly.
IMPORTANT: Please do not arrange a merchant/courier pickup from our warehouse without informing us in advance. Our team must be notified and given sufficient time to locate and prepare the package before the scheduled pickup.
PENALTY:
If a return pickup is arranged without prior notice to Agent Noona, resulting in the merchant or courier unexpectedly contacting or arriving at our warehouse for collection, a ₩50,000 penalty/handling fee will be charged.
This policy helps us avoid unexpected pickup requests and ensures that packages are properly identified, prepared, and handed over to the correct courier.
UNBOXING VIDEO (UPON ARRIVAL) SERVICE
If you're missing an item and require a refund from the merchant where you made your purchase or for any reasons, you can request a copy of CCTV footage related to your parcel. We'll provide you with an uncut unboxing video taken during the consolidation process.

PACKING VIDEO (SHIP-OUT) SERVICE
We provide you with a detailed video of your package being packed and processed for shipment. This service ensures transparency and allows you to see how your items are handled before being shipped out.
How to request: Simply select "Ship-out Packing Video" on the form when you request a ship-out.

EXTRA PHOTO SERVICE
While we offer free basic arrival photos, our Extra Photo Service provides more detailed photos of your items, especially for contents inside their original packaging that are not visible in the standard arrival photos.
Service fees start at ₩3,000 per package, depending on the quantity/volume of the contents and the package weight.

Our Inclusion-Only Service allows customers to ship only the inclusions (such as photocards, POBs) by removing them from the albums, without shipping the albums themselves.

Examples: Digipacks, Poca Albums, platform albums, and other small-format albums.

Examples: Regular/standard albums and other similar medium-sized albums.
LARGE — ₩2,000 per album
Examples: Season’s Greetings, Birthday Kits, large/heavy magazines, albums or packages weighing over 1 kg per item, and other oversized album packages.
BFM ORDER BENEFIT ~30% OFF
Albums/items purchased through our Buy For Me (BFM) service receive a 30% discount on Inclusion Only fees.
Discounted BFM Rates:
Small: ₩1,200 → ₩900 per album
Medium: ₩1,500 → ₩1,100 per album
Large: ₩2,000 → ₩1,400 per album

10 regular albums purchased through BFM:
Regular rate: ₩1,500 × 10 = ₩15,000
30% BFM discount: −₩1,400
