To secure your solo box slot, a box payment of P500 is required, which will be deducted from your final billing statement.

Securing a slot is mandatory each time your first package arrives at our warehouse.

All incoming packages will be promptly placed inside your solo box for safekeeping.

To process your ship-out request, please allow up to 3 working days. Rush requests cannot be accommodated.

We would like to highlight that we are not held liable for any damage incurred to items during transit.

We are not held liable for any delays occurring after departure from our warehouse, as this is beyond our control and is subject to the courier's discretion.

We reserve the right to decline and terminate membership for individuals who exhibit inappropriate behavior or conduct, including but not limited to bad manners.

Once the initial solo box payment has been settled, it means that you have agreed to our terms and conditions. Please be aware that the box payment is non-refundable, regardless of any cancellations due to a change of mind or other reasons.

In the event of missing items, customers must provide an uncut video as proof to be eligible for compensation, if applicable. Compensation can only be provided if our official seal remains unbroken prior to the commencement of the unboxing video. If the seal has been tampered with, please promptly notify us before opening the box. It's possible that the box could have been opened by customs or other entities not affiliated with our team, and we cannot be held liable for such instances.
