Important Update: KR-KR Shipment No Longer Available

Dear valued members,

In consideration of our loyal members who have been faithfully utilizing our forwarding services, we regret to inform you that we have to make a fair adjustment. Agent Noona will now discontinue local forwarding services or shipping to other Korean addresses for CONSOLIDATED PACKAGES in our warehouse. 

This means that once a package has been consolidated in our warehouse, shipping it to other Korean addresses is no longer available. However, we continue to facilitate BFM orders that are requested to be directly shipped to other Korean addresses upon completing the checkout process.

This change will be effective starting April 1, 2024. Should any members wish to appeal to ship their packages to another address, please note that this will only be possible if you have decided to terminate your Agent Noona membership permanently. Should this be the case, please reach out to our team for further assistance.

If you are affected by this decision and had an agreement discussed with our team prior to this change, and if you already have incoming packages to our warehouse, please reach out to us so we can make adjustments accordingly.
