If you would like to separate your items, we offer a Split Packaging service where we can divide your original package into multiple packages for separate shipping. This service is particularly useful when you want to arrange shipping for different items individually. Here are the details:

• Split Fee: There is a $5 Split service fee for each package created during the splitting process. This fee covers the labor and materials required for separating and labeling the packages.

​

• Separation: Our split service supports simple separation requests, such as dividing quantities of items in the box. However, discarding free inserts like photocards from sealed items is not supported at the moment. For discarding or handling special items, we recommend using our Album Unboxing service.

• New Package ID: Each package created after splitting will be assigned a new package ID. This labeling system helps us easily identify and process your packages when you request a shipment.

​

• Shipment Process: Once the split is completed, the packages cannot be reopened. When you're ready to ship your packages, simply provide us with the new package IDs, and we'll ensure a smooth and efficient processing of your shipment request.

Note: Please note that the split service may take 3-5 business days to complete.

Sample quotation: Customer A requests to take 2 albums from Package AN-1002 and 3 albums from Package AN-1004.

Please note that the fee is charged per package created with new package ID during the split process. Each new package will incur a separate $5 fee.
