Buy For Me (BFM) Service Pricing Update!

Dear Valued Customer,

There have been some updates to the pricing for our Buy For Me (BFM) service. We understand that changes in pricing may be inconvenient, and we appreciate your understanding as we strive to maintain the quality of service you expect from Agent Noona. Please find the detailed breakdown of the updated rates below:

🛍️ For assisted purchase on Regular Online Stores:

• 5000 KRW per checkout, with a maximum of 10 product links per BFM form. This rate remains UNCHANGED.

🎁 For assisted purchase on Lucky Draw / Fanmeeting / Video Calls:

• 8000 KRW per checkout. 

🛒 For assisted purchase on Bunjang:

• Inquiry Only: 5000 KRW

• Checkout Only: 5000 KRW (This rate remains the same)

• Inquiry + Checkout: 10,000 KRW

🐦 For assisted purchas on X/Twitter:

• Inquiry Only: 5000 KRW

• Inquiry + Buying + Bank Transfer: 10,000 KRW

🚚 Delivery Options:

• Agent Noona Warehouse: No additional fee 

• For Other Korean Addresses: A flat fee of  10,000 KRW will be added to the BFM handling fee for shipments to addresses outside of Agent Noona’s warehouse.

Additionally, the 7-day free hold period for BFM orders is no longer available. All incoming packages, whether you ordered them online yourself or we ordered them through our Buy For Me Service, will automatically incur a storage fee upon arrival at our warehouse. This includes a storage period of up to 60 days.
