📢 GENERAL SERVICE, RATE & POLICY UPDATE

Dear Agent Noona Users,

We are introducing several updates to our warehouse/storage rates, BFM rates, Inclusion Only rates, add-on services, discounts, and invoice policies.

All rates and policy changes listed below will take effect on October 1, 2026.

We encourage all users to review these updates carefully before submitting new orders or service requests.

📦 STORAGE / WAREHOUSING RATES

Storage fees will be based on the weight of each package upon arrival.

• Up to 5 kg ₩3,000

• Over 5–10 kg ₩4,000

• Over 10–15 kg ₩6,000

• Over 15–20 kg ₩8,000

• Over 20 kg ₩10,000

• Mail / Envelope ₩1,000 per mail

What's Included

• Your storage/warehousing fee includes:

• Up to 60 days of storage

• Basic arrival photos

• Basic quantity check

• Package weight check

• Box dimension check

• Package details, including tracking number and shipping label photo

• Standard consolidation when processing your international shipment

After the included 60-day storage period, an additional ₩1,000 per package per day will apply until a forwarding request is submitted.

What's Not Included

Add-on and special handling services are charged separately, including but not limited to:

• Extra Photo Service

• Unboxing Video

• Inclusion Only

• POB Only

• Split Packing

• Return Service

• Package Transfer

• Other special handling requests

🏷️ STORAGE DISCOUNT POLICY

Our current general storage discounts will end on October 1, 2026.

Beginning October 1:

BFM Orders:
30% OFF applicable Storage/Warehousing fees

Non-BFM Orders:
Standard storage rates will apply with no storage discount.

The 30% storage discount applies only to qualifying orders purchased directly through Agent Noona's BFM service and delivered to our warehouse.

✉️ MAIL & ENVELOPE POLICY

All mail and envelopes received at our warehouse will remain unopened by default.

Our standard basic arrival photo will show the mail or envelope in its unopened condition only.

If you would like us to open the mail/envelope and take photos of the contents inside, this must be specifically requested through our Extra Photo Service.

📸 EXTRA PHOTO SERVICE

New Rate: ₩2,000 per package
Previous Rate: ₩3,000 per package

This service is intended for customers who require additional or more detailed photos beyond the standard basic arrival photos, including photos of contents inside original packaging.

Requests involving more than 20 individual items/pieces will be subject to an additional fee depending on the quantity and handling required.

💌 POB ONLY SERVICE

POB Only fees will depend on what you would like us to do with the remaining items after the requested POBs have been separated.

POB Only + Dispose Remaining Items

₩1,000 per kg

The fee is calculated based on the weight of the items being processed for disposal, not per package.

POB Only + Keep / Ship Remaining Items Later

₩2,000 per package

(This applies when POBs are separated but the remaining items are requested to be kept in storage or shipped at a later date.

Applicable storage and other service fees are charged separately.)

📦 INCLUSION ONLY — NEW SERVICE RATES

SMALL — ₩1,200 per album/item

Examples: Digipacks, Poca Albums, platform albums, and other small-format albums.

MEDIUM — ₩1,500 per album/item

Examples: Regular/standard albums and other similar medium-sized albums.

LARGE — ₩2,000 per album/item

Examples: Season's Greetings, Birthday Kits, large/heavy magazines, albums or packages weighing over 1 kg per item, and other oversized packages.

BFM ORDER BENEFIT — DISCOUNTED RATES

Items purchased through Agent Noona's BFM service receive discounted Inclusion Only rates:

Small: from ₩1,200 to ₩900

Medium: from ₩1,500 to ₩1,100

Large: from ₩2,000 to ₩1,400

🛒 BFM (BUY FOR ME) — UPDATED RATES

For Agent Noona Warehouse Users

• Website Checkout Fee: ₩3,000 per checkout

• Purchase Link Fee: ₩2,000 per product link

• Lucky Draw / Event Entry: +₩5,000 per entry

🏢 BFM FOR NON-WAREHOUSE USERS

For customers using our BFM service but requesting delivery to another Korean address:

• Website Checkout Fee: ₩10,000 per checkout

• Purchase Link Fee: ₩3,000 per product link

• Lucky Draw / Event Entry: +₩5,000 per entry

🧾 BFM & SHIPPING INVOICE POLICY

New payment deadlines will also take effect on October 1, 2026.

BFM Invoices

BFM invoices must be settled within 3 days from the date of issuance.

Any BFM invoice that remains unpaid after the 3-day payment period will be automatically voided.

(This policy is necessary to minimize losses caused by foreign exchange fluctuations, as exchange rates may change between the time an invoice is issued and the time payment is received.

Once an invoice has been voided, a new BFM request may be required if the customer still wishes to proceed, subject to current pricing, exchange rates, and item availability.)

International Shipping Invoices — 30-Day Payment Deadline

International shipping invoices must be settled within 30 days from the date of issuance.

If a shipping invoice remains unpaid beyond 30 days, the shipment and its contents will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of without further notice.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their invoices and ensuring payment is completed within the applicable payment period.

📅 EFFECTIVE DATE — OCTOBER 1, 2026

All rates, discounts, service changes, and policies stated in this announcement will take effect on October 1, 2026.

We recommend reviewing our current rates and policies before placing orders or submitting service requests. As our operations and services continue to develop, rates and policies may be adjusted when necessary. The latest rates and policies published on our website will serve as the current applicable terms.
