It offers warehousing of your items from different stores and the convenience of combining them in one box to significantly reduce shipping costs compared to shipping individual orders.

This service is particularly useful when you want to ship certain items only from single package.
Example: Philip requested to only ship 2 albums from Package AN-1002 and 3 lightsicks from Package AN-1004. The fee would be: ₩5,000
Please remember that per each new package generated from this request will incur a split fee of ₩5,000. This fee covers the labor and materials required for separating and labeling the packages.

Our return service makes it easy for you to return packages to the merchant. With a valid reason, we handle the process in 3-5 days. There is a 8,000 won per package fee, excluding shipping costs.
If you have a package that needs to be returned, simply contact our support team with your request. We will provide you with further instructions and assist you throughout the return process.
CCTV COPY REQUEST (optional)

If you're missing an item and require a refund from the merchant where you made your purchase or for any reasons, you can request a copy of CCTV footage related to your parcel. We'll provide you with an uncut unboxing video taken during the consolidation process.
Please note that this service is available for consolidated packages starting from February 26 onwards only.
